Tribunal is passed against Assessees, 100% of the demand raised should be recovered from Assessees. In cases, Tribunal Orders are in favour of Assessees, 100% of Refund amount should be granted immediately to the Assessees. Department or Assessees should not wait till final order of Supreme Court for Recovery or Refund. I do hope that if the above measures are taken a substantial amount of Tax Litigations cases will be reduced in the Country. Thanks & Regards, Vijay Kumar

Namaste Hon Prime Minister ji. Myself, A.Anantharaman, Retired Bank Manager of Indian Overseas Bank. I worked in Lead Bank, Sivaganga. My suggestion for the ensuing Union Budget 1920-21 is as follows. Tax Payers may adopt farmers in their area and contribute for agricultural inputs. This amount may be allowed to be deducted from their total taxable income. I have adopted 2 farmers in Sivagangai District. Both farmers are safe and myself assured of food in future.

suggested: a) A Positive Marking System should be introduced for Tax Officer who has raised the demand which has also been upheld by the Appellate Tribunal. Reward may be in the form of positive marks or it may be monetary reward. This will encourage and motivate bright officer to raise correct demand which is sustainable in the Court. Country will also be benefited due to higher collection of taxes. A Negative Marking System should also be introduced wherever Department has raised the demand
