In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

R/PM sir, In Last few years, you are taken many financial disciplinary decisions, one of those, i liked leave it subsidy on LPG cylinders, it's great idea and successful. In this extension...I would like to suggest you that, you should include in union budget another scheme as LEAVE IT PENSION It could help to many old-age pensioners, who lives in small income and no one taking care.we should create FUND, and that fund help some more amenities to pensioners, someone leave 25/50/100. Thanks.

#Railway 2) कई महानगरों और अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण ठिकानों पर रेलवे विभाग ने रेलवे के भावी विकास के लिए आरक्षण के नाम पर बहुत बड़ी बड़ी जगहे हथीया रखी है। रेलवे उन्हें खुद की मिल्कियत समझती है और शहर के किसी भी विकास कार्य के लिए थोड़ी सी भी जमीन मुहैया नहीं करवाती जिससे शहर का विकास बुरी तरह बाधित होता है और जनता को बहुत कष्ट होता है। उन जगहों का निजी क्षेत्र की भागीदारी से समुचित नियोजनबद्ध विकास करके वहां पर विशाल बहूमंजिलें वाणिज्यिक संस्थान, मॉल्स, टाउनशिप्स तथा अन्य जनोपयोगी संरचनाएं स्थापित हो

#Agriculture Labour shortage may tackled with creating Agricultural Labour Bank at each block level. Any farmer who needs labours will register with bank for supplying labours. The farmer has to remit the cost of labour to the bank. All farming works have to be assigned to this labour bank employees. Agricultural Waste Management Company may be formed to manage agri wastes, preparing organic manure from these wastes and using as fuel for brick or sugar manufacturing.

Respected Sir, Suggestions on Measures to Reduce Tax Litigations: Reduction in Tax Litigation is a huge task, Government should consider to reduce it on priority basis. Huge number of Tax Litigation cases are pending for decision with various Appellate Authorities in the Country. Large amount is involved in these cases. #Railway 1) चाहे वामपंथी मजदूर यूनियने और विरोधी राजनीतिक पार्टियां विरोध का जितना भी तमाशा करें, रेलवे में निजीकरण तेजी से शुरु रहना चाहिए। कोचेस और बोगियों का निर्माण, BOT आधार पर नई पटरिया बिछाने और उनके रखरखाव, निजी क्षेत्र द्वारा निर्धारित अंतरो तक खुद की यात्री ट्रेनें, विविध प्रकार की पर्यटन ट्रेनें तथा मालगाड़ियां दौड़ाना और उनका संचालन, रेलवे के लिए ईंधन की सप्लाई और अपारंपरिक ऊर्जा स्रोतों का विकास ई. क्षेत्रों में निजी भागीदारी और सहयोगिता तत्काल बढ़ाई जाए।

#education शिक्षा पद्धति आमुलाग्र बदली जाए। सच्चे मेधावी और प्रतिभाशाली छात्रो की बुद्धि अगर कुंठित ना करना हो तो अंग्रेजी में शिक्षा की अनिवार्यता खत्म कर आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक और तांत्रिक शिक्षा मातृभाषा और राष्ट्रभाषा में दी जाए। B.A. यानी बैचलर डिग्री इन आर्ट्स को तुरंत और पूरी तरह बंद किया जाए। इससे बड़ा निठल्ले नागरिक पैदा करने वाला और कोई कारखाना नहीं है। B.Com यानी बैचलर डिग्री इन कॉमर्स को भी आमूलचूल बदला जाए और उसमें ठूंसे हुये निरर्थक और कालबाह्य विषयो को हटाकर उपयुक्त विषय डाले जाये।
