Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

India should not be wasting time on humanities Phd etc. what r the skill sets required for it ! those who want to pass time & enjoy Hindu $$ . tell us what have all the Phds so far achieved in this filed especially those from IIT . incidentally tell us what have Indian STEM phds contributed to india's growth , problem solving . or any subject taken to pass by commie professors enroll as professors and turn india into naxalites & kill industries. Such a huge nation & we don't have Phd subjects to solve india's problems or keep up with the new developments or originality . China w/out Phd, mfg lacs of ordinary bldg material , cleaning products, gadgets & yes Buller trains too. where has the indian expertise gone ? Real education is all about, observation, awareness, focus, right attitude, learning ability, discipline, attention, right food, breath, exercise, courage fearlessness experimentation , doing daily mundane chores, rote learning memory This can easily be taught in school

Have not seen 1 indian institute working to solve what currently ails India & laggard areas , forget the potential & future areas. shouldn't the top problems be handed over to them 4 solution . if they have failed. New ways/force have to be used. can 60+ retired active /fit people but jobless and a future epic problem be made to work on it. Give them subsistence allowance & time to experiment with new methods with all data what did not work or greenfield ) their proposal understood & given time for experiment- total 6months to 1 year & if the team fails. change it . what harm ? atleast this aging worthless HDI a goal ? or tell us how it has helped ) . 10-30 lac crores /year spent on dead wood ? #hum5hamare50 -- area & crowd already known fm free ration, institutional deliveries, which madrassas-- begin naming what & y Love /thuk jihad ? Naxalism poor quality be it fuel , milk etc minor crimes like pick pocket judiciary professional protestors conversion mafia slums?

India lost out all completely because all of its dehati wisdom shamed ridiculed and abandoned. example. we had leaves , cloth/jute bags & then paper glass as packaging & storing material . all biodegradable but we copied west without thinking and adopted plastics. even at the time of mass consumption not 1 told us about its problem of disposal & no 1 worked for it . Not 1 complaint of sewage blockages animals dying , oceans polluted & ofcourse the wrong food . all obese kids . no energy & only crime especially #hum5hamare50 & the ayyash b/woods. we the maliks lutyen kabal, moonchuds of tughlaq collegium ! not taught in schools. observation /problem solving my foot ? Only writing is science a blessing or curse. No attempt to stall or rather like sovereign india methods all thru 75 years creating 100x more & more problems unsolvable only backward movement & sideways after 10 steps. correct this at the root education should be 4 how must india do it better quicker affordable

shouldn't the problem solving cycle be introduced in school . Not seen 1 formal curriculum of modern day inventions that are necessities today. Light, Power, internet , smartphone . TV wifi, all of the gadgets how they got conceived , what efforts made, failures in the process, small successes & final at this stage. Still research & improvement going . Not 1 product developed by India . where is the ecosystem for it . Not 1 creativity, originality & even copied name sake. India had the best of temples still fit & sturdy after millenia or earlier & current construction crumbles in 20 years ? whereas abroad a simple house has life of 70-150 years and sold = new construction & with energy a/b+ basically no losses extra consumption . Y india fails , should not it be taught How is it that china has come up with lacs of products in daily life roti, kapda, makan & reduce the drudgery or improve efficiency , highly affordable . what ecosystem ,teaching they have that India does not ?

the govt that has not told us Y humanities were introduced in IITs . How have helped the nation who benefitted out of it and how ? deteriorated STEM ? Humanities can be mastered in school .Y not a separate IIT for humanities ! what r the achievements of IIT Humanities in personal & public. was soverign India formed to wipe out hindus & all their methods & culture because it was the only scientific and natural way of living ? y can't these methods be revived . Y Life ? For Joy ? is it taught ! Chapter 16 Gita teaches what are the divine & demonaic qualities. For Curiosity ? Y natural child curiosity killed in 1st std alone . shouldn't Om upanishad be taught. awareness of the body , Mind ? life is all about attention, observation , food , breath , questions, doubts, when r they taught to become 2nd nature. Shud child not know y & what of old age & death ? How to eat & breathe right live fearless joyful. Not1 teaching fm old/ modern current best sellers in formal curriculum?
