Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

Namaste ji. Our respected Chairman of UGC is releasing regular informations about the New initiatives on NEP. How far Central Government institutions following the instructions in UGC Circulars may be monitored by UGC through surprise inspection. Implementation of NEP must be followed by Centrally funded Institutions only fulfill the aim of our Honourable PM and Ministry of Education for Educational Revolution. Definitely NEP implementation will reduce the stress of the students to achieve their goals. Jai Hind

Why should not be the global standard? India should be setting quality standards for healthcare & education rather than following global norms because we have bigger consumer or audience than any other countries in this world.

Dear Sir, Warm Greetings. First of all, thank you for bringing your attention to such an important topic and reforming 100 years old education policy. Sir, Still there is a scope for improvement and that is with adding two education syllabus 1. Sex Education 2. Financial Education. (becoming finanically free - out of rat race) then our youth can think clearly for INDIA 3. Education on Goal setting, motivation etc Sir, I have noticed development in government school in my city in Guwahati, Assam. I also request to to redesign subject by 1. Removing Learning of unnecessary dates of History (War) instead of it remembering dates of important events like international yoga day, unity day, flag day, constitution day etc. 2. Removing learning of non relevant event of war that occured 1000 year ago, instead of it making them learn autobiography of most inspiration leaders like mahatama gandhi, vivekanad, atal bihari, apj abdul kalam, mukesh ambani, adani, et

Dear Mr. Modi, you and your Government is promoting the educational certificates scammers in Bihar, Chhattisgarh and in other States. You in assistance with your corrupt IPS lobby are manipulating the cases even of CBI Cases. Now, what is the requirement of hard work and concentrated study while you are promoting the scammers with the help of your IPS lobby. You only promote the unfair minded idiots and nothing else. You belong to Teli Caste as to why your focus is towards lower castes. You put idiot IPS Officers over the intelligent CBI IOs. In such manner you manipulate the cases from your end. Your IPS lobby do not do any work in CBI, even not a single Case Diary you will find written by any IPS Officer on deputation in CBI. First of all, your attitude is required to be reformed. Every corrupt man say his own curd sweet and empty vassals sounds much and rough. Reform your administration.

Real education is all about, observation, awareness, focus, right attitude, learning ability, discipline, attention, right food, breath, exercise, courage fearlessness experimentation , doing daily mundane chores, rote learning memory This can easily be taught in school. Life is all inside/out. Let's begin with 4 Qs of Nachiket in Kathoupanishad. what prompted him - truth & fear. Motive of His Qs. love4 life & a better life for self & others. He did not say he does not want to return . 1st his father should accept him willingly etc. let's learn nachiket yagna ! Keno Upanishad- eyes behind the eyes, mind . Let's keep up the curiosity & humbleness. Om Upanishads -- Intuitive 4 states of consciousness daily experienced. we know nothing . Bhim ringing the bell - Yudhisthar winning over death . any time death . aim of education - know that by which everything is known .Y settle 4 less. chandogya upanishad- experiment as primary credit & pass certificate .

What is real education & where , when does real education begins ? is it being defined ? GB shaw said it begins after college & our ancestors it is pain & suffering that teaches us . Important to answer this atleast by beginning to understand what is & cannot be education . Let's be a website of all the Mphil/ Phd Thesis of India 1 Million time taken & across the world . How has it helped Can we get a list of 10,000 inventions if not more after 1900 , who did it & how much time, effort & failures on the way . How many were Phds. Conclusion should be obvious . how was it scaled up ecoystem investment, & opportunities for experiment & Indian value/global value quantified. what would life be today without these inventions /discoveries. can we understand the motivation of all for doing it .This need to be taught aggressively . website available for all to know instead of google search . The discipline required to sustain it leading to policy on 5W Hindu $$ be spent
