Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

cont... 5) reduce gap to zero between 1st year engineering/medical/management college level and class 12th in school of CBSE/NIOS/ICSE/state boards level. 6) Close colleges and universities which are not up to mark. Create only one level AAA/AA level in accreditation framework. Stop different level of accreditations as it allows colleges to destroy students life and career. If universities are not up to AAA/AA mark close them. Stop gaming of accreditations which is going on. Have some shame as students lose on their life and career because of these games played by system.

Few points:- 1) refer British (UK) open university syllabus for upgrading in open universities and distance education syllabus 2) Cut short timeframe for New Education Policy implementation 3) upgrading AICTE syllabus level to IIM & IIT level otherwise different syllabus will allow current Apartheid system to continue. Its due to this 2 separate syllabus parents are sending kids abroad for study by taking debt. This system also abuses fundamental right of equality if allowed to continue. If possible close AICTE if its not up to standard. Current educated unemployed youth crisis across India are courtesy of AICTE. Unless gap is filled between IIT & IIM vs AICTE this problem will increase even more. 4) syllabus of management is not aligned for self employment or business orientation rather for job seekers. This will be disaster in 4th Industrial Revolution environment. Management education is job preparation not how to do business. cont..

Dear Mr. Modi, look at the top of your 2nd Cabinet Secretariat Building behind CBI HO, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. One OFC cable connection from the top of your your DRI is connected with the Lieutenant General's Chamber of Military Intelligence on 11th Floor of Cabinet Building. The financial activities of your dear bitch is watched by your Bull dog. Your bull dog has watched the activities of Nirav Modi also and was silent. Look on the lower top of the Cabinet Secretariat Building, where you never goes, one Disk of 32 meter Diameter is fixed and is connected with all the Indian Embassies and your black dogs and other street dogs of Murmu's House are always under scanner of that Radar Imaging Technology. Your calls and all the calls from your Cabinet and from the House of Murmu, scanned and passes through that scanner. No one can trace the calls made from that office to any authority in India, neither keep on surveillance. Your bitch and your dogs are required to be treated from there.
