Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

Why not the best  ?   Just try to listen voice of every young man What They want  to say :Why settle for less? We can't afford to settle for less.India Once and for all, why not the best? Can any one prefer  to go 100th  rank College for study or  100th  rank hospital to avial  treatment facility .We tend to prefer  best  education  or treatment . Every citizen deserves the best    Healthcare,Education,Job  or working opportunities, Earning opportunities ,Financial security  &Safety . Need to  ask the citizens to demand the best and highest standards of excellence from our  System  or authorities . So, our question is; 1-Why level of All hospitals are not like AIIMS 2-Why level of All medical & dental colleges are not same 3-Why level of All engineering colleges are not like IIT 4-Why level of All MBA college are not like IIM 5-Why all skills are not being treated equally 6-Why every one is not getting best working & earning opportunities despite of talent   We need best.

Let the existing features be implemented immediately. There is nothing wrong with experimenting. It is full of encouraging features for continuing education. Good things don't need to be delayed.Organizations issuing equivalence certificates must issue them correctly. ITI, university degree bridge courses etc. are eligible for higher education, but it is better if they are given individually as certificates, even though the central government has said many times. It will be valuable if individual certificates are issued to each student to get private sector jobs. People have to explain everywhere to get higher education and job opportunities. Work experience and skills are highly regarded in this manner and welcome. Certificates equivalent to degree can be awarded through practical examination. Education, skills and experience can be awarded as degrees through open universities.

Completion of secondary or vocational education at school level is mandatory. Discontinuance is not acceptable under any circumstances. Children easily adopt their inherited careers due to family circumstances. But the government should not encourage it till the age of 18 years. There should be projects that look forward to creativity up to the age of 18. Employability, entrepreneurship should be expected from people above 18 years of age. This system should be for continuing education and entrepreneurship. The NationalCreditFramework should be of great help to those who want to pursue higher education and those who want to become entrepreneurs.Of course it will give good opportunities to those who want to study further. It is a welcome feature that experience and even talent open up avenues for higher education. Good opportunity should be given to the working people. This method will be successful only if equivalencecertificates are issued individually. Help to get bank loan.

At the time of Admissions public are gre getting more disappointments while competit with Government servants. More number of Schools may fulfil the hopes of public. Innovation is the order of the day. To make students more creative curriculum should be made in such a way that students should spend more time in practical labs, brainstorming workshops and fields rather than classrooms. Proper facilities should be provided to young innovative minds for exploring their talents.
