Draft is biased. Men are already facing wrath of gender biased laws in India. Misuse of laws by daughters-in-law is rampant. I strongly oppose this type of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT which gags mens rights n is liable to be misused by ladies

Where is the need of such a policy. Already so many schemes are running for the benefit of girl/women. There are laws in which innocent men are suffering and those females who are using these female centric laws for there petty benefits/egos are not only increasing the gender inequality but also creating an inequality in there gender as well, for example these laws sees wife in a different light than mother and sister of a man. No need for such policy. No need to increase this inequality further.

We need progressive law. Make laws that protects values and humanity. Dont create gaps by gender biased laws pls. Look back; retrospect the existing laws and make them unbiased. I as youth feel a need a change in law policy and make it humanitarian than being biased

This Draft seems to be gender based biased law. Why there is need a anti-men policies which break our families. Please do not make any law which may be gender based which is against the right of equality. It is also hurry for a new a law as existing laws are very much misused and several laws are still very old and notified before independence which required to be reviewed.Gender biased law will create gender war and widen the rift the two genders. We deny and oppose this policy. Please step back

We should separate women issues from childrens issues. we should have separate ministry for mens welfare. no one talks about suicide of men, stress of men, health issues and hazards faced by men. all funds on name of child welfare are cornered by womens on name of empowerment.
we need equality in law and in policies.

s per Indian laws, while a man can be booked and jailed for adultery (IPC 497), a woman can NEVER be booked for adultery, she can only be an abettor in adulterous relationship but she can never be put behind bars even if you have the video of herself having hard core sex with a man/men!
