1. B.tech - Make it necessary to teach things which are as per industry standards or practical rather than theory. For e.g Android/Cloud Computing/Big Data shall be taught to students rather than age old courses of computers. 2. MBA - Only presentations are focus of concern rather developing qualities of an entrepreneur. 3. Humanities - These subjects are alive due to civil services in India and need greater attention even at senior secondary level.

I have noticed that people who got formal education doesn't not have knowledge but who doesn't have great knowledge. I want that govt shall give attention on some skilled but without formal education. Please recognize skill of people who doesn't have formal degree and gave them status of senior secondary or ITI or Diploma Or B.Tech. However i know that it can come under the issue of corruption but it allows people to get part of mainstream and industry will get best talent.

KARTIK SINGHLA, SRI MUKTSAR SAHIB Traditional education system in India has been able to produce less than 5% of skilled manpower in India, which shows how efficient the current system is. The answer for skilling is online/ distance &Vocational education. Per Article 38 of the Constitution state shall provide opportunity for all citizens to realise their full potential which is possible by distance, online learning and vocational education only.

As repeatedly demonstrated elsewhere in the world, an exclusive emphasis on technical skills and employability to the detriment of other dimensions of learning impoverishes the very idea of education. The official approach to higher education reform today seems destined to re-discover the age-old distinction between training and education. Training is necessary but far from sufficient because it only enables the efficient reproduction of what is already known.

In our government colleges and some private colleges have good infrastructure. But they never use to develop skills. No inspection on technical training colleges. Regular inspection and evaluation in each and every part of training should be implemented.
