Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India is sharing some inputs on the Draft National Education Policy (NEP), 2016. Views and suggestions are solicited from ...
To develop one India concept there is the need of national educational policy
proper sanitation should be provided, quality of schools should be increased, meals, school dresses and requirements should be provided for the poor people so that there parents/guardian should not feel financial burden. The teachers should really feel that teaching is creating developed country because todays children are tomorrows citizens and they have capability to change the state of country. The process of mugging up the answers must be changed and talent should be developed in students.
Proper sanitation should be provided and also there has to be a ration that needs to maintained with number of students and number of usable toilets. For this purpose, CSR and NGO can play a vital role. Each NGO and Corporates can be assigned to take care of atleast 4 schools in a nearby rural area and the progress reports need to be presented to government authorities.
There has to be a portal for teachers. At least at district level. Where every teachers need to register themselves and their capacity should be constantly monitored. Proper assessment should be there at regular interval by some third party agencies.
Infrastructure and sanitation.- There are many schools in rural area where there is no proper sanitation. It is really hard to believe that in a country where a civilization(2000 years back) introduced a drainage system, still finding the reason to build a proper sanitation system to its people. There is no moral education as well as physical education. There are schools without a proper playing ground that has been designated. often students have to walk more than a mile to reach the ground.
Quality of teachers - Teaching should be a two way communication. Teachers should be engaging with students rather than dictating the text books. I have seen may teachers giving some wrong information read from any unrecognized regional news papers. Some the teachers doesn't know the name of out leading national dailies. This needs to eradicated at warfoot basis. If this situation continues, it will add lot of younsters with unbaked potentials to unemployed pool.
I Want To Say One Thing That we all Know that In Our India Primary Class Education Is not Good So I Want To Give One Suggestion That If we will Say to private School That They Can Handle primary school For One Year And If They Handle Will Handle Primary school And Then If Education Is better Then Goverment Will Give concession In Tax.Recruitment of Teachers will be done By Goverment of India But private School Only Handle The school Like Principal Of School
For One Year
The feedback point out to improve clarity, ways to overcome challenges, factors unattend etc on educational policy.
National Education Policy 2016 - A Directive Feedback.pdf
At first, I want to focus on the deterioration of the academic modern scenario. Students are enrolled in educational institute, in the name of acquiring education being able to achieve a degree at the end, and then making use of that piece of paper for getting jobs. Modern education has become professional & job oriented. Modern Bookish knowledge and scientific thoughts have enriched our mind but it has not developed our human- hearts. So we can say that our lives have gone to dogs.
