Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India is sharing some inputs on the Draft National Education Policy (NEP), 2016. Views and suggestions are solicited from ...
“Teachers are builder of kids of a nation”.But unfortunately, Modern teachers know everything but their own subject. Modern teachers are sleazy money hungry.
The biggest drawback in our education systems is quality of teacher right from primary education to university level. The teacher in govt. run school takes least of interest in either updating themselves.
In this policy we add some points
1) The fees structure and aproval for additional seats, branches, funding of institutions are decided as par their infrastructure, research and development, teaching faculty student ratio, placements history, management behaviors etc.
2) monetary provision regarding misbehaving, froud campaign, breaking of rules, etc to institutions and educational organizations.
3) To facilitate and develop RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT section in every technical institutions.
The basic aim of smart city is, all types of facilities and infrastructure will be available to the people , so that, the living standard of the people can be happy or satisfactory, to comply the above condition, development is very important factor for increase in employment of region, development requires man, money, machines, adv.technology, infrastructure and other allied facilities for development of business, the govt. should attract the outside enterprenious to invest in region ,best wishes
When a child joins first standard, teacher should behave with the child in a friendly manner so that child drops his inhibition in talking to elders. Activities in group should be organised so that kids learn to share with others and most importantly no punishment, no harsh words, no head down on table etc. Asking children of this age to sit quietly with finger on lips is the worst way of passing time, this must be avoided. They should be engaged in useful
activities.
There should be a common syllabus in the entire nation. Primary subjects can be compulsory whereas 6th onwards should have lot of electives like music, art, sports etc. Art, music, sports should be take in the same manner as English, maths and EVS. A syllabus for parents can be also made, they can teach many things at home itself. School can be for studies and home for learning arts, craft etc, if school is meant only for English,Hindi, maths and evs.
Bag load must be reduced by keeping activity books in school itself. Textbooks can be made in four parts, for KVs it will be useful, FA exam after first book completion SA exam after two books. Home work should be removed, children should be encouraged to read and study on their own not because teacher has asked him to study. After spending 6 hours + 1 hour of travelling how would e child like to do home work ? At home he can spend time learning other arts like music, drawing, games etc.
Overemphasis on writing at Primary level should be reduced. By writing more and more handwriting does not improve. If it were so would I grow more by eating one tonne food at a time ?
Home work especially given during vacation should be removed, it keeps children busy in writing or remembering certain things and he dies not find time to read books out of his own interest. Moreover teachers also do not check vacation home work quickly, they either do not check or take long time to do so.
