Most lessons, esp the difficult-to-understand topics, can be taught in schools and colleges (both professional and non-professional) using technology tools, as a strategy. For example, we can have video/ animation-led instructions for just about every lesson, delivered by the best of teachers in the country, difficult-to-visualize concepts (like how the heart pumps blood to the various parts of the body, molecular structures, etc). Teachers can act as facilitators making the learning effective.

This suggestion is in the context of anti-national/ anti-social behaviour exhibited by some JNU and other University students, and youth falling prey to terrorist, secessionist and other extremist agenda (like Naxalism). Life Skills training (different from Moral Education which is not effective) at school can prevent students from falling a prey to such brainwashing, thus developing strong patriotic fervour and balanced outlook. I can prove this scientifically with controlled experiments.

The education expenses are going very high and there are small level corruption and bribe due to this. All the schools in India could be made nationalized, the syllabus being the healthiest of all the existing. The course fee should also be set to a nominal one. The subjects/syllabus should remain same across the states except the language. By doing so we can get more efficient teachers and also more competent students. By this we can avoid bribe and corruption to a greater extent.

Our PM can constitute a Medical Education Task Force involving all stake holders including renowned doctors and address the concerns of MCI and any others who object to opening up of medical education, in the larger interests of the nation. A similar IT Task Force constituted by Sri. Vajpayee when he was PM, has helped IT industry become the succcess we see today.
