We should adopt Technology strategically to enhance the quality of our Medical education, making amends for the shortage of high quality medical & related teachers in our Medical Colleges, helping our Medical & para-medical graduates become employable, and help reap the demographic dividend. A case study of a similar successful attempt with Management Education is available, which I can share, along with a Feasibility Report.
We Should Make Access To Medical & Paramedical Education & Training As Widespread As Engineering Education, reaching healthcare to even rural and urban poor extremely cost-effectively, generating millions of jobs in India, also catering to huge shortage of medical professionals abroad, another large opportunity for foreign inward remittances from NRIs like in IT, also creating ambassadors across the world. Renowned doctors like Dr Devi Shetty and others endorse this, after studying all aspects.
All teachers should be passed CTET type examination than they appointed as a teacher's, due to reservation system those who got 60-70% marks not selected and those who got only 20-30% marks will selected. PM sir a teacher who got only 20% marks how its possible he teach student better thn 60-70% candidate. Plz make CTET type compulsory to all teachers (center/state)
We should adopt Technology strategically to enhance the quality of our Engineering education, making amends for the shortage of high quality teachers in our 1000s of Colleges, helping our Engineering graduates become employable, assisting the Govt translate its ‘Make in India’ vision into a reality, and help reap the demographic dividend. A case study of a similar successful attempt with Management Education is available, which I can share. I have prepared a Feasibility Report which I can share.
PM Sir
I would like to draw ur attention towards the tremendous increase in traffic/accidents in India. I suggest to make Traffic ethics/Driving lessons as a subject in our education system/curriculum for 11th and 12th classes with its exam in boards. Its a fact Children start driving before they turn to legal age of 18 yrs.
Traffic ethics should mean rules, respect to fellow users, pedestrians , Driving lessons etc. Don't trust the License issue system in India.
National education policy must include following
1) curriculum should be balanced such that it should have equillibrium with theory and practical.activities should not be more than necessary
2)curriculum should be framed according to the regional environment
3)failing system should be included in primary sections
4)special computer teacher recruitment must be done to motivate and enhance technology
Pakistan will not go for full scale war, because two countries have nuclear bomb. Pakistan will not send terrorists, because terrorists with one months training will not be enough capable to kill indian military . Pakistani special forces will attack on indian military quarter only.
I think As a teacher is a national builder, well qualified teacher should be admitted only. If there is no any B.ED. then they should be at least Graduate to teach children in primary school and post graduate to teach in high school. Government must prepare a well qualified team to select teachers.
Now a day’s news shows that many state government has appointed such a disappointing teachers who even not know months name, fruits name, etc. It is very shameful.
In respect to smart city, the basic requirement of people are safety, security, clean atmosphere, pollution free atmosphere, possibilities of ideal employment, growth and development of region with all the facilities required by the people for day to day need for living comfortable life, Peace and spiritual enviornment is also very important for health concious people, all such point should be complied in the area of smart city, so that people can live with happy and peace in life, best wishes
