The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Health benefits of walking-There are various old markets in India which are very crowded and there is no space for vehicles therein. In such markets, there should be complete ban on vehicles and the buyers should be practically forced to walk in the market. It would facilitate two things- improve in health conditions of people due to force walk, and would improve the ambience of such crowded markets.

I would like to bring into kind notice that district hospitals are not contributing towards the awareness, cure n prevention of disabilities as they do not recruit therapists on full time basis.

Mental Health (Worryfree) of every Indian can be envisioned with recovery of Black money and stoppage of Bribe. Put Enforcement Directore officer after Income-Tax officers who have Wealth beyond known sources. Declare Black Money as National Money and pass an ordinance to track & collect it from India as well as abroad.

In India whenever national highways or state highways is laid the huge amount of afforestation is carried out by uprooting trees. Government must insist contractors who take contract for laying road for NH and SH must plant trees on highways side. planting flower plant on central road divider will not compensate those huge tree afforested during laying roads.Central government must ensure whether fund allocated to state government for laying roads are utilized correctly and standard road is laid
