recruitment in government creates demand for university degrees.Hence unless we delink degree from recruitment,complacency can not be removed.hence government should not insist on university certificates for recruitment and develop suitable recruitment procedures more scientifically with the help of psychologists.now, universities should be funded based on their performance.Reservations can be continued but standards cannot be diluted.hence common cutoff for all categories in recruitment must.
