Nearly 94% of students enrolled are in the state educational institutions. Improving the quality of State Universities is extremely significant. What kind of reforms agenda need to be worked so as to address the quality deficit in State institutions.

in state university lots of authorities,,and lots of kind of elections,,which leads towards groupisim,,politics etc,,,the purpose of the such system was good as democracy prevail but the experience says the purpose of such system is totally failed so the appointment of such political persons in university system should be stopped
