Modi Sir, Education is the basis of youth power. Structure of universities should be same throughout the country which is possible only by centralised system like Central Education Commission. CEC should form which cover all education sector.State Education Commission,SEC work under CEC. Close all the private univeristies and maintain only one univerisity in each district which cover all courses by which all people living in that district get education. Literacy rate will be increased.

All the state universities should be under the control of one single body like central education commission.State universities act as a state body of CEC.There should be uniformity in system and same rule throughout country. All private universities shut down.Education only be provided by government. There is no question of central or state university. All univeristies come under CEC. CEC work with the support of states. The power is centralised and it must be delegated without any biasness.
