There is lot of sports talent in indian children ...but see now a days what happened ..we dont get stage to perform ... at ground level meanse in school or villege level we play only...
What i say that sports in india gets very expensive .. middle class family or poor children cant get chanse ..only rich children plays in schools only because they have coach n its high expensive equpments ...sports must be compulsory to every one in india ..every one should get chance to perform.. its done..

I want to something before you.
Why football players are not qualitative in our india but in countries like brazil or spain. The reason is our players are wasting their career by consuming drugs and cigars. Am a student right now and from our school, the students selevted for football just showed there D grade character. They told a teacher that " aap hamarey liye unlucky hai"
Am not saying particularly in football. With this kind of behavior our country wont achieve any success.

A proper committee has been formed by PM Narendra Modi ji. Its a good step but a basic one. Its working has to be seen. We hav two years to draft the structure of how this committee would work and balance two for preparations. Firstly, priority should be given to sports where we are strong like tennis, badminton and wrestling in terms of coaching, finance help, etc. And then go for upliftment of the new sprts.

We need a system in which a sport school should be in each district in country with hostel facility and any student of the school if unsuccessful then such students should be rehabilitated to formal education by crash courses. This way parents can take a risk to encourage their child in sports profession.Further many games need stamina, which can be developed only when a person take enough green leaf vegetable since his/her childhood.Few years training can't earn gold in stamina needed games.

In our country, education and sports cannot sustained together at school level, high school level and college level.Reasons is that only those students who can miss classes and take risk in academic carrier. Parents who does not know sport potential of their child always discourage son/daughter.Even my parents who encouraged me in sports did not take risk of failure in my academic carrier although they searched a sports school for me.

This is a model of infrastructure I think can encourage sportspersons in our country. I am looking forward to some constructive criticism.

We Can Bank on Residential Schools of Ministry of Defence Like Sainik Schools which have a amazing Sports Infrastructure.
also by organizing Sports Athletic Events In every district like I saw in Balaghat By DM Balaghat Organised it.
Online support of Sports Coaches, Career option for players as coach, and establishment of "sport labs" by players. The Dietary Support to athletes.Supporting NGO's which work in these areas in collaboration with Schools/College/State Universities
