Getting sports integrated into culture is first important task. This can only happen with open infrastructure. Create sport complexes for each ward/municipality, it can start slow with parents becoming first teachers and government takes the seat of Evangelist. Remove bureaucracy and make them independent facilities with PPP. Next step could be creating a sport villages/schools away from the cities, where athletes spend quality time over years and excel in the sport.

1. Just minimise the political interference in all Olympics related activities to almost zero.
2. Make few hours of sports activities per week in schools & colleges mandatory
3. Encourage coaches by providing them good remuneration and other facilities

By the true words of Mahathma Gandhi the growth of India is hidden behind the villages.same the true glory of Indian sports talent is hidden at each and every villages of India.the children's and youngsters there were talented in sports activities.if they were well trained professionally by international coaches in india, they will be sure will place a gold and make our tricolor flag proud at the Olympics.its not in the sense that city is not producing best athletes but village stands ahead in it

Sports performance can be improved by removing political interference and nepotism. Performance must be the only criteria. It is not that the govt. is not spending but it is draining in the pockets of those who are meant to utilise the fund. Apart from this private industries, businessmen, have to come forward to adopt poor talents and help them become world class players/ sports persons. Depending upon govt alone will not bring the desired result.

We can improve performanc of India in Olympics by making atleast one sport compulsory for every student at school level. And also try to make it free for BPL people and at low prices for other people.I had a dream to participate in any sport but due to Rs. 400 every months fees my family could not afford for it.Every sport much be given same importance like that of cricket. And sport person should be selected on his/her performance level and not by any category of his caste or religion.

Schools and Colleges are collecting huge amount on the name of sports. But after joining they are not giving time to participate in Sports. All the amounts are misused by management. We have DEOs to check education standard, but no system to check sports facilities. So pass strict rules and have sports vigilance authority to check these.

Sir, we have more than 20 IITs,NITs,IIMs, but a very few sports schools of International standard.we need to focus on the and built ISA(Indian Sports Academies) and select the players from rural schools and colleges, who can work hard with small incentives. We can honor them with sports degrees and certificates. Also can give opportunity to work in academies to the medal winning performance.

I want to draw the attention of all Indians to the fact that we produce the maximum number of Engineers,Doctors as compared to any country in the world.
The reason we do it consistently is it is considered as means of livelihood. Sports as a career is unheard of in our country...and that is the reason we fail in sports in world level.
Sports schools and colleges should be promoted by Government with participation of Private institutions in all states.
Fecilitate sports as a career.

Railway Non-Fare Revenue
Regard to non-fare revenue, need not plan big. Affordable Food Courts, Dormitories
and Boarding could be fine aspect to have which is mere non available for huge moving
section of population and sure would benefit IR monetary.
Before starting huge plans, IR should have a check with situation of grand malls that
attract visitors mostly, less consumers. Inappropriately planned malls are left empty

1. Make 45-60 minutes of Physical Training/Sport Class mandatory for EVERY school at least 3 days per week.
2. Make having Sports equipment in fully functional state mandatory in EVERY school along with a qualified Trainer.
3. Provide schools reimbursement or grants for the funds they spend on Sports related equipments and activities.
4. Rigorous monitoring of the sports related guidelines like above is needed, make schools responsible and accountable for the implementation of the above.
