-We saw western gymnasts with an awe at Olympics, but in India from ancient times there were some communities popular for their flexible bodies and they use to show "Kala-baji", In Rajasthan there is a "Nat" community which do all sorts of Kala baji shows to earn their meals. In the same manner in Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand there are communities good at archery. Identify and Promote children and youth from these communities.
-Check Corruption in the funds allocated for Sports at School Level.

In india at first our education system should change, there should not be any differentiate among our schools, no corporation, no convent no matric etc. All boards should be equal only the language should be differ as per states. Only 12 years curriculum and after 12 years 1 or 2 years especially for sports and civil training for all students this should trained with armed civil force. Opportunities should be given for all.

The sports schools should be free for the athletes with proper diet and nutrition. These schools should be administered by ex-sportsmen. Top athletes should be sent for training / participation to international events. Sports budget should be increased so that we can have sports facilities at district level.

Schools / colleges should encourage sports. Basic facilities and coaching should be available at schools and colleges. Every district should have sports schools where talented kids are admitted and trained with specialist coaches and infrastructure. The top athletes are sent to state sports schools where advanced training is given. From state sports schools top athletes are sent to national sports school where latest infrastructure and the international coaches give training.

Legalise the betting in all sports. The betting shops should be o the lines they have in Europe and UK. Government can collect the GST on this betting money linked to PAN. There should be a regulatory body for this like IRDA. Tax money earned should be used to improve the sporting facilities in the country. This will improve the sports of India in a big way. Besides this will generate enormous employment potential and black money now in circulation would be white.

A very important part of encouraging people to excel in sports and win medals in Olympic is to motivate the potential sportsperson, right from the beginner level, to strive for the same. This can be achieved in many different ways.
Government can do this by automatically awarding honors like "Padma Shree" to any
sportsperson winning a national or international medal in any sport. There should be no discrimination between different sports.

Sports is neglected in our modern day curriculum in various schools and colleges. Students are not encouraged to play and participate rather they are more pressed towards their studies. By the time they get into a college, most of them are career oriented and care less about anything else. But still there are few who excel in sports but are clueless as to how to progress further in the field. Knowledge about the selection process, training methods and programs, etc from a younger age would help.

To be best in any field our base should be solid and i feel there we are lacking.
In our country we dont have a good sport culture in schools and colleges. Other than that if we see our rural area which has more potential, has not been given any environment of sport. So first of all we have to solidify our base in sport and make our coming generation to play the sport they like and perform the best in future.
By environment i mean good teaching, friendly environment, and competition

Sir in reality every wants to play especially girls but they are unable to get proper trainer or coach. And A MAJOR DRAWBACK OF OUR COUNTRY IS THAT WE ARE NOT RESPECTING PLAYERS .I mean to say that player who played Asian games ,Commonwealth games etc are now unemployed because 1 or 2 merit players get chance to play in upper stage but rest are hopeless.
SO IN MY OPINION ,,TAKE OUT THOSE HARDWORKER AND DEDICATIVE PLAYER WHICH DO NOT GET TO GO OLYMPICS ,CAN TRAIN EACH AND EVERY SCHOOL AND COLEGE
