There is need to create a separate career path thru Sports ,as most youths are more concerned about there future after the active sports life.

Improving infrastructure, stadiums as well as promoting sports events from school will help a lot. We do not get lot of sponsors specially at village level but in villages local games are very famous for e.g. Kabbadi and Kushti. We also seek participation of young crowd, most of the young generation is busy in doing jobs. Sponsorship at job will also help. We also need to understand that we require proper guidance. Recruiting people who had participated in olympics will help to build sports base

No need to be crazy about performance of India in Olympics. I hate showering prizes and money on the winners of Olympic games. A one sentence appreciation is all that the scientists of Sriharikota get. If, nevertheless, the government is crazy, let it construct as many stadiums as it can afford. Let the athletes strive for fame only, not riches.

INVOLVE THE CORPORATE WORLD. LET CORPORATE HOUSES SPONSOR AND NURTURE SPORTS TALENT FOR EACH DISCIPLINE. REWARD THE ACHIEVERS AND SPONSORS LIBERALLY.

Regarding India's performance in Olympics with the vision for 2020, 2024 and 2028. I believe Govt. planning & execution should only happen through a central body with no state bodies. We should divide all stream of games in different pockets as per the past history & reality of the geographic location in terms of climate & talent pool.
Example:North India & state like Haryana..
