Smart Health has to be designed keeping in mind to improve the health and wellness of our citizens. Smart Health should be able to provides comprehensive medical coverage including medical screenings, providing health care assistance and monitor various vital parameters of patients like subtle changes in pulse, respiration, heart condition, temperature and preventive warning on early onset of pneumonia (in small children) or other life-threatening problems, inside hospitals and at remote patient location including old people's home and ambulance.

What’s more in Smart Health?

• Connect any wearable or portable device to the cloud, pull and analyse collected patient data in real time
• Monitor patients at home using live video and audio streaming
• Monitor vital health indicators collected by portable devices such as smart phones and tablets
• Set intelligent emergency notifications sent to a physician or family
• Charts and diagram visualization based on data collected from health monitoring devices

We need innovative ideas on the following parameters which can be applied to IoT of Smart Healthcare Systems:-

• Inclusion of rural population in the system
• Creating awareness and acceptability of the Smart health
• Identify challenges in implementation

We can introduce a mobile health programme,by alloting a 24-hour medical live chat,the patients can seek medical advice from the doctors through this chat,an app can be made for the purpose. A personal medical file can be made for every patient and alerts on vaccines, diet etc.can also be provided through the app. Moreover,a helpline no.which would provide ambulances on time and cheap or free quality medical care for deprived and poor. Lastly,citizens drives on health awareness.

continuation -Every individual will have a medical history that can be easily accessible. -Instant communication of tests/reports between doctors and labs. -There will be transparency between doctor and patients records like patient may not disclose he is diabetes, blood pressure or heriditary diseases or any allergy. -When patient is transferred from one hospital to other, no need rely on old hospital for reports,case history, treatment procedures done -removes duplication of tests/reports

Improvement idea: My suggestion is to create a system in collaboration with Medical Industry(Hospitals/Labs etc) which will capture all the tests, treatments and reports etc for each persons right from birth. As soon as a test is done it will be uploaded to the system. Whenever a person is admitted for treatment the doctor can check for his/her medical history and then based on this he can take suitable course of treatment. #SmartHealth, #IoT, #MyGov #MedicalTracker

My dear PM Now a days, most of vegetable producer are using presticide & secticides for growing vegetables which is extremely harmful for our health even some of them ban in other countries Please do something for stopping this

First thing need to develop is primary health care centres. Every doctor in a PHC is having a private clinic who is devoting much of the time there. I personally witnessed many government hospitals lacking main doctor. You need to create a toll free number where we can complaint on the absence of doctor. Next thing is digital records of all out patients and their medical record. Digital records of medicines available in the hospitals just like private medical shops.

In our country most of people are not physically ill but they are mentally so ill that it can not to measured and cured unless or until there are proven and cured mentally.In today's modern life we all are going through busy life and modern life with "ZERO" sense of "NATIONALISM","CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY","SPIRITUALLY"and "GRATITUDE TO OUR ANCESTORS" ETC. WE ONLY WANT -MY PROFIT,MY NAME,MY WAY and ALL MEANING LESS THING. SO ACCORDING TO MY VIEW WE HAVE TO CHANGE VIEW THING FOR BETTER RESULT.

Present picture is, patients family try to find a broker/Dalal including Police and politicians(!!) to get a bed/hospital/test lab. And thereby at some point they loose money, and treatment is never done.
