Problem faced by patients/family:
1) Lack of knowledge/info about whome to see, where to go/where to admit.
2) Transportation of patients.
3) No room/bed at hospitals.
4) Expenditure
5) Attending the sick all time. Cause docs and nurse are mostly inhumane to their patients. This is the main part, where patient's family get puzzled.
These are preliminary requirement, that is expected from gov, docs, nurse and others.

Govt of India should come out with a mandatory contributory group medical insurance scheme covering every citizen for hospitalisation expenses upto Rs 5 Lakhs pa and domiciliary medical expenses upto Rs 2 Lakhs pa. Insurance can be subsidised for those whose income is less than Rs 5 Lakhs pa. Critical illness like cancer, transplants should get additional 100% cover

Please do not follow the same policies present in USA (such as Medicare and Medicaid). The fee-for-service is the best and effective option; but we need to regulate that in a smart way; so that everyone would be benefited. The Government and ESI hospitals should be modernized; appointment and posting of the healthcare members should be more transparent. We need to encourage “SERVICE IS OUR MOTO” rather than Money minded.

By smart Health Solution we can bring affordable health care solution for all Specially in Rural areas. Government should tieup with health care Startups and bring easy and affordable health care for all. Today as common man even he is Poor don't consider going to a Government Hospital because of quality of service It is not hygienic, no cooperation from staff this leads him to go to private hospitals where he have to pay more.

Sir
Through ors.gov.in, govt has ushered in the era where the patients has got so much of convenience.Could it be possible that when patient makes it first visit to the hospitals he would be reminded through sms/ email regarding his next visit to the hospitals for follow up checkup or the other way out is that on the next scheduled visit the patient need not to be take appointment and would be allowed to see the doctors on the basis of his/her first consultation.

I would like to bring focus onoral health...India is a country where majority of the population is below the age of 30.... And every day the population is increasing exponentially which also means health issues, dentists and doctors are always required by the society...govt takes steps to open new colleges..
But the bitter part of the story is lack of job opportunities for dentists in govt sector..every person can't afford the charges of private sector..
country needs dentists in govt

India should use make in India platform for manufacturing health equipments and consumables so that medical bill will be drastically reduced. Right now situation is so that even a middle class family can't afford bill of private hospitals without health insurance.

Respected Prime minister Sir, To mitigate the climate change and to combat with mal nutrition you should launch a campaign of well planned plantation of thousand kinds of fruit and vegetable providing trees and shrubs along roads, railways ,canals and streams and along the rural roads. Large scale plantation of fruit, vegetable and spice proving small trees and shrubs is possible on the edge of agricultural farms.I have enlisted many hundreds of such fruit trees and shrubs.read pdf bothinHindi
