Smart Health has to be designed keeping in mind to improve the health and wellness of our citizens. Smart Health should be able to provides comprehensive medical coverage including medical screenings, providing health care assistance and monitor various vital parameters of patients like subtle changes in pulse, respiration, heart condition, temperature and preventive warning on early onset of pneumonia (in small children) or other life-threatening problems, inside hospitals and at remote patient location including old people's home and ambulance.

What’s more in Smart Health?

• Connect any wearable or portable device to the cloud, pull and analyse collected patient data in real time
• Monitor patients at home using live video and audio streaming
• Monitor vital health indicators collected by portable devices such as smart phones and tablets
• Set intelligent emergency notifications sent to a physician or family
• Charts and diagram visualization based on data collected from health monitoring devices

We need innovative ideas on the following parameters which can be applied to IoT of Smart Healthcare Systems:-

• Inclusion of rural population in the system
• Creating awareness and acceptability of the Smart health
• Identify challenges in implementation

Dear sir.prevention is better than cure. man illness  behind 3 issues. 1)smart water 2)smart food 3) smart wind.but today mans life style changed.please  ensure  1)everyone  should  drink pure water 2)strictly  banned  unhealthy  foods &strictly  recommended road side foods to prepare  with  safeguard  measures is mandatory otherwise punish  them.3)most of the people  spent their money to alcoholic  drinks please  strictly  banned.such bars, thandas (local arrack making village ).

1)all patients should get treatment equally 2)no pharmacy/hospital should work without pharmacist 3)pharmacy act shd be implemented 4)watch dog for clinics pvt hospitals to make scores. 5)those below scores shd be banned 6) public awareness campaigns regarding to care their health 7) invst for health shd be encouraged

I have some suggestions to improve the health field1)The monopoly decisions of doctors on ruling out diseases shd becontrolled.without discussing the clinical cases in a medical board of doctors and pharmacists on that area2)No new molecules should launched im india without proper investigation or tests.so many drugs banned abroad are sold in India at present3)hospitals clinics pharmaceutical companies etc should keep assure 30%of their profit to support the poor patients4)equality must hp

Contd. The data from Smart Modified Adhar Cards of citizens will even help R and D for research companies of pharmaceutical sectors.The data from Smart Modified Adhar Cards will also help in formulation and implementation of national policies.Data will even help in training and improvement in Diagnosis capabilities of doctors.

Govt. should open website of all govt. district level,Tahsil level hospitals. All Panchayat should be computerized.People of village can check availability of medicines, vacant beds,availability of doctors,current working facilities in all district district/Tahsil level hospital online and even book contact for visit in advance before actually arriving hospitals.
