Health Insurance should be made mandatory to all citizens of country, especially for poor and middle class with very minimum premium so that they can avail quality treatment in all private hospitals. Medical records should also be maintained for every case like in USA, this will help govt also to easily access data on health sector as well as patient care also and this will generate employment also as health care documentation people.

Adhar must be ensured for the health institutions well. Just as it contains biometric details about a particular individual, it must be made use in the hospital visits or checkup as well and the health conditions must be linked with Adhar.By recording the health issues of a particular individual, and linking to Adhar we can not only access health conditions of our citizens(AIDS,CANCER etc,it will help the individual to seek treatment in any institution without any paper work by just using Adhar.
