Smart Health has to be designed keeping in mind to improve the health and wellness of our citizens. Smart Health should be able to provides comprehensive medical coverage including medical screenings, providing health care assistance and monitor various vital parameters of patients like subtle changes in pulse, respiration, heart condition, temperature and preventive warning on early onset of pneumonia (in small children) or other life-threatening problems, inside hospitals and at remote patient location including old people's home and ambulance.

What’s more in Smart Health?

• Connect any wearable or portable device to the cloud, pull and analyse collected patient data in real time
• Monitor patients at home using live video and audio streaming
• Monitor vital health indicators collected by portable devices such as smart phones and tablets
• Set intelligent emergency notifications sent to a physician or family
• Charts and diagram visualization based on data collected from health monitoring devices

We need innovative ideas on the following parameters which can be applied to IoT of Smart Healthcare Systems:-

• Inclusion of rural population in the system
• Creating awareness and acceptability of the Smart health
• Identify challenges in implementation

Your suggestions on the above topics will help us to make an integrated view and plan of action for Smart Healthcare system.

For inclusion of rural population innovative thing is there should be vitals monitor cabin like ATM cabin. ratio around 1 per 500 people. people can use their aadhar card/MNREGA/RSBY or any other valid id and their vitals like Blood pressure, pulse,weight checked by instruments in Health cabin. by that we can trace huge population.

Attitude towards health need to be addressed. Monitoring pregnant mothers especially those who cannot afford to take off from their daily wage work from remote location through a watch or a device and health advice given by doctor which can be followed up by health workers at primary health centre or subcentre

1.pesticides on fruit n vegetables should be controlled.... Organic farming to be encouraged. 2.Clean method of food preparation. 3.medicinal values of plants should be highlighted..benefits of flaxseed, tejpatta, vinegar, neem etc.

4. All companies selling harmful established must be banned. 5. Plastic and microwave has harmful effects on health. So awareness about these things must be done. 6. Yoga and ayurveda should be promoted.

Mechanism to do inspection of quality and nutrients of the food/vegetables and ban the hawker/vendor from selling such fruits/vegetables/food products

1. Rural people's knowledge about diseases and home remedies is great and needed to be spread among all other people. 2. Vedas also contain medical treatments. 3. Weekly magzine on health should be distributed.

For health care in far off places I would suggest that there should be centres with all necessary healthcare and testing equipments and candidates to take heart beat,urine test samples and other data ,which would be input into a central online system which would be visible to doctors in cities in places just like call centres . the doctors would prescribe medicine which would be given by candidates in far off health centres. But for all this internet connectivity is required.

I am an HIV Positive person and whose wife is also HIV Positive,we both are educated,we are wondering whether health ministry is open to providing jobs to.people like us in National AIDS Control organisation as a motivational support?
