Smart Health has to be designed keeping in mind to improve the health and wellness of our citizens. Smart Health should be able to provides comprehensive medical coverage including medical screenings, providing health care assistance and monitor various vital parameters of patients like subtle changes in pulse, respiration, heart condition, temperature and preventive warning on early onset of pneumonia (in small children) or other life-threatening problems, inside hospitals and at remote patient location including old people's home and ambulance.

What’s more in Smart Health?

• Connect any wearable or portable device to the cloud, pull and analyse collected patient data in real time
• Monitor patients at home using live video and audio streaming
• Monitor vital health indicators collected by portable devices such as smart phones and tablets
• Set intelligent emergency notifications sent to a physician or family
• Charts and diagram visualization based on data collected from health monitoring devices

We need innovative ideas on the following parameters which can be applied to IoT of Smart Healthcare Systems:-

• Inclusion of rural population in the system
• Creating awareness and acceptability of the Smart health
• Identify challenges in implementation

Free hospitals should be provided for people as they can get their body checkup & all other facilities related to health problems.

When we see problems at basic level such as malnutrition, non-availability of pure drinking water & sanitation, medical facility etc. Smart health seems far away. However, I expect better allocation in these areas. School are teaching students for good habit, but they should also teach the students to motivate their parents and family member to adopt smart health practices such as cleanliness, proper food, hygiene, preventive measures for health.

we need to promote yoga education in all schools from the beginning and open more yoga centres than more hospitals. Even in every hospital, yoga must be taken as therapy, alongwith medicines from outside. yoga practice should become a must in the society as a health measure, which makes one to be self responsible to protect the nature and there by control the pollution outside and inside of oneself.I don't say this brings immediate change,but gives results certainly. thanks.

Complete Tobacco ban should be first year below 18years second year below 19years and so on so forth. Within twenty to thirty years there will be almost easy and a comfortable exit from tobacco and tobacco products. This appears a practical remedy to get rid of tobacco connected ailments. First we should make strict rules for licence for medicines many of drugs are restricted in other countries like nimuslide but not in india we should increase pay of goverment sectors doctors and we should stop poltical interference between appointment of doctor and as well as director post of medical institutes goverment should make one fee price list for private sector doctors goverment should start their own compulsary health insurance for everyone medicines should be cheap ans more and more
