We in India can not depend on or afford the modern allopathic treatments. We need to follow Yoga, Ayurveda and naturopathy to keep fit and healthy. These subjects, particularly Yoga and Naturopathy can be introduced in schools from 5th standard in lieu of, or in addition to PHYSICAL TRAINING [PT]. A daily Yoga of 30 minutes can give them a healthy life.
