Health system will work better if a Subject regarding How to keep the citizens healthy is introduced from Class-VI onwards. Syllabus should be made on Lifestyle, Immediate Home Remedies, First Aid, use of minimum Allopathic Medicines and Maximum Ayurvedic Medicines. If a Govt Servant buys Ayurvedic Medicines from the Pvt Sector, a limit of Rs,100/- to Rs.1000/- p.m. should be reimbursable to him. This rate of reimbursement should be same for Class-IV to Cabinet Secretary.

The usefulness and efficacy of natural herbs are well known for centuries. Many yogis/siddhars and practitioners of Indian system of medicine have been using these herbs as part of their diet as well as for medicine from time immemorial. We have a rich heritage of wisdom that helps everyone enjoy a better quality of life through naturally smart herbs, healthy food habits and a balanced life style. Herbs have stood the test of time. They don't become obsolete or dangerous after some time.

We in India can not depend on or afford the modern allopathic treatments. We need to follow Yoga, Ayurveda and naturopathy to keep fit and healthy.
These subjects, particularly Yoga and Naturopathy can be introduced in schools from 5th standard in lieu of, or in addition to PHYSICAL TRAINING [PT]. A daily Yoga of 30 minutes can give them a healthy life.
