all major cities situated near rivers should collect the drainage in seperate pipelines and transit to the water purifying stations. the cleaned water should be pumped to some nullahs/water bodies through open drains/by seperate pipeline for industries free of cost or under some incentives, which will result in saving of pure water from being used for industries. this will result in saving of fresh water being used for industries.

The purpose of the body will be to devise guidelines for treatments for diseases, like needs and frequencies of various diagnostics for a disease to restrict the overbilling by the hospitals in name of diagnostic testing in connivance with doctors. Once the overcharging is done away, the body can ask the insurance companies to reduce the premiums accordingly. Also there should be proper auditing of the insurance companies.

3. Rein in the Medical Insurance companies from arbitrary raising premiums for their policies. For that purpose, create a statutory body comprising retired judges, renowned medical professionals, representative from civil society, representatives from govt. and opposition.

2. Make it mandatory for all healthcare providers to implement IT enabled Medical Record system, which will store various patient related information, like diagnosis, prognosis, treatment details including medicines, diagnostic services with justifications from the concerned doctor. That information may be available to patients and any one authorized by the patients, keeping in mind the information security and privacy issues.
