Use of beneficial insects instead of pesticides is need of an hour. Use of beneficial insects controls pest population upto 85% which is significant and in natural way. This will generate good revenue in export and local market and as well use healthy food for coming generations. This can generate employment and is a good revenue model in each village of India and make our youth and village economy strong. This will reduce local migration of the village population.

There are several brands in market who provide so called hybrid seeds but most of the time farmers gets cheated as the packet contains ordinary seeds and some time it does not even germinate. As a result farmers again start using traditional way.

Agriculture experts from Israel, Netherlands & USA should be invited to study and suggest on water harvesting, usage in agriculture in minimum quantities. There are various climatic, land and water conditions, in very vast area of large country like India and solutions would be different. We have land, water and people who are farmers and due to lack of information and support from Government they loose due to drought or flood or finance at higher rates or due to nor selling at a good prices.

Respected Prime minister Sir, To mitigate the climate change and to combat with male nutrition you should launch a campaign of well planned plantation of thousand kinds of fruit and vegetable providing trees and shrubs along roads, railways ,canals and streams and along the rural roads. Large scale plantation of fruit, vegetable and spice proving small trees and shrubs is possible on the edge of agricultural farms.I have enlisted many hundreds of such fruit trees and shrubs.read pdf both in Hindi

Respected Prime minister sir, We can provide 24 hour water for drinking and irrigation purposes through the pipeline by desalination of sea water by external electric field without using any considerable amount of energy. We can withdraw heat energy from air and atmosphere by thermovoltaic effect and separation of thermally generated hydrogen and hydroxyl ions by external electric field and regenerating steam by combining ions to generate electricity. But for all you have to support us by all .

There is urgent need to make farming smart and attractive for new generations. No farmer want his son to continue with farming which is due to the different problems our farming community is facing. To make farming attractive 'modern technology' available in our country and abroad must be made available to farmers.Farmers must be made aware not only about increase productivity but marketing also. Our farmers must emphasize 'farming system' approach to tackle environmental uncertainties.

Organic farming must be promoted with 'cluster approach' in different parts of the country. Organic farmers should be trained about the technology and for their produce market with 'premium price' should be provided.'Organic producer groups' should be linked with the 'organic needy consumers'. Our country has huge untapped potential under organic farming.

Peri-urban areas are considered zones of transition
from rural to urban. They represent a wide range of
uses,such as water catchments,forestry,recreation
and productive farming,offering a unique
ambiance and lifestyle.due to lack of clear cut
conception & related concrete policies from national
to local, they have been the most threatened areas with
regards to loss of biodiversity, vegetation & landuse changes.peri-urban areas can play a key role in better linking rural areas to urban areas.

Jai Bharat,
Bharat me pani ki problem bahot he, use slove karne k liye pahle to refinery's like ril, essar ect or industrial ke liye bhi agar ho sake to samumdar ka pani refine(recycle) karke use kare, usse pani ka problem kam ho sakta he aur Jin logo ko peene ka pani bhi nahi milta us tak pani pahuchaya ja sakta he.

6. Solar panel should be installed 8/9 meters above the farming land in a row with distance 2/3 meter between each row so that electricity can be generated and farming can be done at same land.
