Encourage the youth to create mobile applications which will give assistance to farmers. Most of the farmers are not aware of the new technology and don't know the correct method of farming. The mobile app can give suggestions to the farmers about how much fertilizers they have to use, which manures to use and select the best crop to grow which suits the climate and soil. The app must be accessible in all the languages and must also have a text to speech converter.

Many youth from villages migrate to cities for education. The gov. must make it compulsory for the migrated people to help the village. The youth can use their knowledge to improve the situation of that place. Gov. must also make agriculture a compulsory subject in colleges. Students must be given projects to help farmers and must implement them.

Good to connect all major rivers but that is not enough to manage irrigation issues. Every farmer should have water storage tanks big enough to store large amounts of water which can be used in dry seasons. Every such tank can be connected using canal system we have in place in majority of the states. Each storage tank with automatic shut off valves to stop wastage of water, install underground pipes where possible but the cost of that might be too much.

Respected government.... according to me a nodal officer must be appointed to each gram panchayat who should be skilled with technological innovations in farming. What he can do is take rounds in the farms daily and instruct farmers to use technology in farming... teach them...and help them to execute. He should also become a connecting link between govts schemes and farmers. Sir.. we can also provide smartphones to selected fertile areas and skill them to use it in smart farming techniques

Install end point water sensors to control release of water from valves, sluice gates upstream. It is seen that there is a tendency to drain out water beyond fair share in upstream of the canals and water pipelines, putting users downstream at disadvantage for bare minimal water in the time of crisis. Even in normal times water rarely reaches end point users. End point sensor should control water flow rate out of upstream valves sluice gate.

Respected Prime Minister
Sir
Smartfarming which means an irrigation on the basis of new technology. The gonernment experts should be sent in our villages to learn the basic smart technological methods of smart farming that means the use of pecticides urea(urwarak) in the ratio and how they will solve their water problem because in India The irrigation mostly depends on mansoon. These process may increase the prodution and their income and mitigate the burden of Karz of The farmer(Kisan)
