Limit of words drive me directly to points:
1). Install Special unique RFID System (Cheap & Best)
2). Install their Tracking Devices on Special Vigilance Vehicular Machines, Gates of Commercial Bazaars, Entries in Industrial Areas, Highways, Toll-Gates, etc
3). While Gradually try to phase-out & Remove LPG Cylinders, as its a kind of living BOMB & deploy Pipeline Supply
4). Last Idea: How about introducing Renewable Sources of Cooking for masses in Villages (by old Concept of Sanjha Chulaha?

1. Like LED bulb scheme by power ministry, the petroleum ministry should provide copper and large bottom utensils to save LPG consumption.
2. Rationalize the subsidy distribution by providing subsidies according to the household income divided by the number of members. e.g. the income per member for a family of 6 with 3,60,000 with one earning member is 60,000 and such house should get 100% subsidy on all 12 cylinder. Up to 75k income/member = 100%, 76k-125k = 90%, 126k-150k = 80% etc.

The only way to reduce subsidy is to survey the no of members of each family depending on the consumption and accordingly capping system may be introduced.

Distribute the 5kg lpg cylinders only to the job card holders under MNREG scheme having a valid Jandhan Account. The money(deducting the subsidy) can be debited out of their income accumulated in the account under the scheme only. The deduction message should be sent to them in local language. In an average a rural household would consume 10 litres of lpg a month

1. Government must bring some policy guidelines to cover at least 25 or more % age of roof/ open area by solar panels, of All government building campuses, Institutions , Laboratories ,Govt colonies, schools etc, in a mission mode, with a target time frame in a compatetive mode.
2.Initially, Energy audit of all Government buildings must be compulsory, subsequently this can be extended to private companies/ factories.

The top most priority of the Central and State Govt. must be to install Solar Panels on all the Govt. Buildings, Universities, Colleges, Schools, Bus. & Rly. Stations, Air Ports and provide Yellow Solar Panel Box to all Tea Vendors and Breakfast making mobile vendors who are using abundant quantity of Kerosene and LPG. This will not only reduce the use of these two fuel but will also reduce the pollution which is most dangerous issue for human kind. Also, it reduce the cost to the vendors.

Actually being sugarcane rich country, there is no more need of kerocene. We can allways use alcohole as fuel in cooking stove with minor change in design. It is good that we are adding alcohole in petrol(5%),but we can burn alcohole 100%.
It will not only make savings in imports but being local product tranportation will also be minimised.
