Encourage village level biogas generation plants from agricultural and animal waste. Give 50% to 75% capital subsidy for such plants. These plants will supply gas to the houses and fertilizer to the farmer and provide employment to 10 to 15 people in every village. The engineering colleges should develop suitable methods of bio gas generation from the locally available agricultural and animal waste.

Change the nozzle of commercial cylinder and it should not be compatible with domestic regulator ...........new regulator should be issued to commercial establishment at nominal price this will reduce use of domestic cylinder which is quite easy as of now as both cylinder has same set of nozzle and regulator .

I notice extensive use of solar panels on highways in USA to facilitate phone connections to call emergency services. Why can't we make a beginning by providing solar panels in villages to facilitate emergency services. Street lights is another area that can be explored.

Lot of industries continue to use domestic cylinders for industrial use. This cuts into cylinder availability for ordinary public. This should be curbed. Industries should use industrial cylinders or go for bulk storage. Govt may study this problem.

1. Deactivate all LPG connections.
2. Allow LPG booking based upon AAdhar and Proof of address.
3. Provide one or two subsidized cylinders per year for every AADhar card per year.

BTW Practically Villagers are not keen to adopt for LPG Cylinder at all, why:
1). Their source of Electric Supply is un-accountable-without meters, why they pay for LPG when there is Free Electric Chulha in House?
2). There is no Dealer/Supplier of Gas Cylinders in Local vicinity, Nearest one Situated 4-5 Kms away, why they will be switching Free Fiery Wooden Chulhas to Far-flunged hecky LPG Chulhas?
3). No Pipeline system is ever promoted for Cylinder Gas Sharing system among villagers!

Sharing income data of subscribers with LPG distributors is a serious security threat. To alleviate, government can make all above the specified income level to prepay and book the cylinder online (on the HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, etc sites). Prepayment can be with Credit Card, Debit Card and direct debit from the subscribers' accounts, for deliveries guaranteed within a specific number of days. This way government can eliminate subsidy, refund hassle and get prepaid!!!
