If you can replace LPG by biogas, it will definitely help. Construction of biogas plant in every village will help in reducing LPG usage. In village rearing of cattle should be promoted. It will give milk for human consumption, and cow dung for use in biogas plant. In cities we can promote solid waste management and sewage management by constructing biogas plant in large scale. It will keep our cities clean and promote "swatch bharat abhiyan". It will also generate employment.

LPG PAYMENT by CARD - Credit/Debit
LPG PAYMENT by CARD - Credit/Debit
It's high time that the option of payment for LPG Delivery is accepted by CARD or Cash as per consumer's preference.
All Dealers's Delivery personnel should be given POS M/c. Most of Couriers have already introduced this system, This will avoid the “change” and “baksheesh” problems which are rampant. Besides it will be a GOOD START for enabling RuPay CARD TRANSACTIONS

The use of SKO for domestic purpose can be reduced by implementing Geotagging in the distribution mechanism, as currently done by OMC for Petrol & Diesel. Also we can ensure that the product is going to correct hands by mandatory linking the distribution system with Aadhar or e-ration card. The LPG cylinder delivery to domestic households shall be digitally handled just like the way online stores deliver the products and courierboy record & save the details in a handheld receipt device and network

Kerosene - Details to be analysed for what use the PDS kerosene is being diverted. Some quantity may be used to adulterate petrol. One of the solutions is gradual increase in the price of PDS kerosene may be Rs.2/ltr every year to reduce the difference between PDS price and market price.
Control and supervision mechanism needs to be built to detect diversion of PDS kerosene and swift penalty & punishment to the perpetrators.

LPG (Domestic) - The price difference between subsidised and market price cylinders for domestic use is about Rs. 250/-. The price of subsidised cylinder should be increased by Rs.50/- every year so that difference is reduced and finally eliminated.
LPG (Commercial) - The effective price is Rs.60/kg for Commercial cylinder as compared to Rs.45/kg for market price domestic cylinder. This may be leading to widespread use of domestic cylinder for commercial use.

Dear PM,
My idea to reduce the SUBSIDY ON petroleum product is to go and encourage your MP's CM, & MLA's to STOP TAKING the subsidy on LPG. Show the Indian People that all or part of your MP's, CM, & MLA's have opted out for LPG SUBSIDY.
then only expect the COMMON MAN to withdraw the LPG SUBSIDY.
Last but not least,
SHOW INDIA THAT YOUR MP's DON'T need canteen SUBSIDY IN PARLIAMENT ALSO ANY OTHER PLACES WHERE THEY ARE ENTITLED FOR ANY KIND OF SUBSIDY. AWAITING for AN EARLY REPLY.
