Sir, The concerned departments need to come out with List of Marketing Applications giving tangible benefits, efforts involved, manufacturing processes and cost estimates. The Industry can analyze the business opportunities and advantages and then can associate with the Institutes on commercial terms specifying clear commitment, responsibility and accountability on both sides. Govt on its part can contribute by encouraging entrepreneurship and import/export.
