The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

In Australia Indian Tea is not sold, in fact it is not available in the market. Tea from Kenya and Sri Lanka is sold as these tea cannot compete in terms of quality with Indian Tea. Hon'ble PM may look into during his visit to Australia.

Sir in our education system me practicaly knowledge nahi milta he to I think about that ki hamare student ko high school se hi practical knowledge diya jaye. Abhi ki bat kare to as a engineering student I can say that ki India ke sare student ko Jo knowledge milta eis mese only 1% practical knowledge milta he Jo bahut hi kam he, practical knowledge agar 30-40% bhi mil jaye to hamare student ke sath world ke kisi bhi country ka student competition nahi kar paye ga Thanks I am from Gujarat...

Dear IIT and IISC Folks, As i have never been student of stuff related Nano technology so may not be helpful in suggesting. But i think as tech folks you can concentrate on below 2 things: 1. Nanoscale materials such as nanopillars are sometimes used in solar cells which combats the cost of traditional Silicon solar cells. 2. Development of applications incorporating semiconductor nanoparticles to be used in the next generation of products, such as display technology, lighting, solar cells etc.

We need to have a full time Defence Minister soon and invoke the recommendations of Kargil Review and Naresh Chandra committee's.A 5 star military officer should be posted as Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), who would be the advisor to the Govt. Civilian bureacracy should be replaced by military people occupying posts in the defence ministry
