India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Man ki bat.Charity begins from home! We commit minor indulgences, speaking abusive words, drinking, smoking, etc.; away from parent’s presence and eyes. We do not mind committing the same in front of our children. In large number of cases parents are role models for children and public personalities take secondary place. If, we adults take care of this aspect in our behavior at home, a substantial improvement can be expected in children taking these recourse. Thank you.

Sir-Stop the gold import totally at least for six months as due to that huge amount of black money coming back to India in the form of Gold.The govt’s efforts of bringing money back will go in to vain as by the time we reach to the culprits, the money would already been taken out.Please catch big gold importer, they have cluster with the black money account holder.This is very tough task &the govt.has a big challenge.The powerful lobby of unsocial elements will put hurdles from all the directio

Known red light areas across the country would be a good place to start. Provide free screening and highlight the importance of this screening in simple and concise words is essential. Ideally if such a program is advertised by a known public figure, it would be even better.

Doctors must be instructed to get and pass on the address of HIV patients compulsorily. Here confidentiality will defeat the purpose of treatment of HIV. Treatment should be done without any public exposure of the persons. It's a serious but sensitive case.

HIV positive people know very well to source of this disease but he is free to all,after the declaration of disease he was the carrier of HIV. This disease is now not a main's problem because this is a SOCIAL problem.You may say them but the decision is peoples hand.

i want to join pradhan jan dhan yojana in my bank acocunt so for that i went to bank where i have an account but there the employee is misbehaviur with me and told that we will not active (join) this scheme on you.. and do anything what you want. i told them to i wiill complain on you then they told me that you complain all bank no one take action against us.. i have complaint that bank but no action happend there. my accnt no is 31934713158 state bank of india .
