India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Bank employees should get at par salary with Central Govt. All Banks, govt offices should observe 5-day week, so that more tourism is developed and everybody enjoys a social life during week end days. Let people utilize their 4 wheeler, they have purchased through loans so that they can use their cars to enjoy life, too. Working now a days have become burden. The HR concept has been defeated. People need change. All corporate offices, Banks etc.,in India should observe 5-day week.

there should be a time bound programme of upliftment of BPL persons to APL category. After giving them necessary training, they can be given some small scale manufacturing work with buy back guarantee, can stitch uniform of police men, can work at Ratio shops, as lokmitra counters. BPL should not be left as BPL forever after their selection.

Desire to clean India, Desire to safeguard India, Desire to remove corruption, desire to control accidents, Desire to control theft, robbery, murders, .. How all these possible with just MR. PM? But why not form stern rules and implement, too? Why not there any rule to control stray animals on the road, resulting in many fatal accidents? Is cleanliness more necessary than safeguarding our denizens from meeting with fatal accidents for stray animals?. All stray animals should be sent to jungles?

Bank employees are struggling to survive in job. Harassment by top management, no settlement for last two years, holidays reduced to 12 from earlier 24 in Gujarat. Mr. Modi, Hindu people are not justified by removing holidays like Janmashtmi, Maha Shivratri, & Ram Navmi. This is very ridiculous and should not happen with hindu rashtra people. Why should there be other unwanted holiday not demolished? Bank employees should be paid more for 6 to 8 days extra working days. SSapre

Regarding medical colleges teaching faculty :Retirement age of teaching faculty has been raised from 60 to 70 years. So junior faculty is not getting promotions. So medical colleges are full of aged teaching faculty who may not be interested in teaching or patients management. At the same time mci has reduced the teaching faculty requirements in medical colleges. So for the fresh passing out pgs there are no more vacancies as well as no promotions for junior faculty. Kindly solve this issue sir

Govt hospitals having of lack of facilities, overcrowding of patients, irresponsible attitude of staffs (including doctors), the poor people (citizens) has to seek medical treatment from private hospitals which is very costly. I have seen people who had sold their agricultural land or borrowed money from pvt. money lenders for medical expenses. this can be prevented by setting up more hospitals with PPP in semi-urban areas. i have a plan, solution of this problem and willing to work in this field

In private medical college one can get admission to MD or MS (post-graduate course) after paying lakhs /crores of rupees (which is black money). Admission to post graduate course have been booked for next two years in private medical colleges. The same doctor will practice in the society with this purchased degree and will cheat the patients (common man). Do we want such unskilled doctors in the society? we can stop this by single national level eligibility/enterence test. admission can centrali
