India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Especially in far flung rural areas, the persons with maximum population contact would be the local Dais/Health worker who conduct deliveries or the ASHA. I'm not sure how efficient the ASHA is, especially in northern parts of the country, but these health workers could prove to be a vital resource in people contact, creating awareness and coaxing the suspiciously unhealty or at-risk population groups for HIV testing.

HIV is curable easily. I have a logical theory. I have a universal cure theory which simply regulars the fluids of the body and cures every disease.

My father was in Max Hospital in June 2014. He had sepsis which caused multiple organ failure. Doctors at Hospital said that chances of survival of my father is zero. I have some health theories which I used at this point of time. Within 48 hours he started recovering. In 45 days he had completely recovered. All the organs started working perfectly. My health theories does not need any money or big set up. All it needs is awareness and publicity. India can save lacs of crores a year.

Nowadays, armed forces is not a popular career option amongst the youth of India which is evidently seen as there shortage of officers in the army, navy and air force. Armed forces have been the protectors of our borders and carried out various successful rescue operations during national disaster. To boost the morale of our armed forces they should be given more incentives like no income tax, higher salary than other professions. This will encourage our youth to join the elite forces.
