India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

All railway stations in India should have ramps instead of staircase between platforms to help elder/disabled people who have difficulty in climbing stairs and also help people in transferring heavy luggage thereby stopping the menace of people crossing railway lines to shift heavy luggage.

Respected sir, I think AIDS/HIV are more in high risk people i.e truck drivers, wife of them. So for early detection it needs to put clinic in the place where they stay for rest. Make them use to condom.

Please help to Enhance Health so don't hand over existing health facilities managed by central to state. Before you decide please look in to the condition of state health facilities. Please rethink and will be happy to be part of further discussion.

Hi Please rethink of revision of existing ESIC or any other hospitals to move from central to state since the state managed hospitals are note performing well. YOUTH INDIA is also essential to be HEALTHY INDIA. Please do visit existing facilities owned by state and then decide whether you need to hand over others. Please work well before you decide on Health and hope we will have better services continued by central health facilities.

Hi I am not going to provide any new suggestion i am requesting the team re-look before the policies are changes regarding Health which is the basic necessity. ESIC is a basic health facility managed by each state which had no existence when i was handled by state government. Now since Central government had taken over and had provided High tech hospital, which was in lead to help people. Now i heard that again all these facilities will be back to state. Please visit (Continued)

My suggestion is to supply of milk in pipe line as water is supplied at every home. Every ward have one overhead fartilised temperature control tank, where milk is stored & supplied. Cow people will stay nearby tank area. Due to these we can create more job in pipeline infrastructure, material & milk supply area. It will help in growth of cow, buffolo population. Which is support in growth in gobargas, farming. If these idea developed, time will come, when milkriver is flowed like in old bharat.

Due to smoking & eating of tobacco product, chances of cancer is higher. Due to that, many family had human & finicial loss. My suggestion is to stop farming of tobacco & keep new strick law for non farming of tobacco. From these, we can get cancer free country which is generate from non tobacco. Also, it will help to reduce medical bill on government & families. Another benefit we get is, we can get huge open land for farming vegitables, seeds & fruits etc, where is tobacco is farmed.
