One of the best thing traffic department can do is, STOP taking fine amounts at the spot. Riders vehicle in to custody and ask them to collect from the Nearest Traffic Police Station. But it need to be make sure that, Traffic police dont take an advantage on this. People are ready to give bribe, we need honest man in service first.

Strict Traffic rules is a much required in India & CCTV which will help identify violators. Make fine amount too high, so that people will think before make mistakes. We Indians have a tendency to 100 rupees note, for every traffic mistakes we do. That need to be stop first. Fine amount could be a solution.

CCTV Camera and Digitalization of Police department is one of the few best option to control traffic. But beside this Government have to implement strict rules and regualtion for those who are not following traffic rules. Imposing heavy penalty, Threat of cancelling of Driving license and Police custody, 15 days Re- training for Driving by RTO Department are the strict rules If government implement these rules, then only they are able to control this problem to some extent.

RFID chip should be fixed to locate every vehicle by police. If anybody tries to remove the chip, nearest police squad should get information. But access to monitoring should be limited to just a few top police officers only, otherwise there will be miss-use.

The most important thing about the safety is to ban all the low rated (Which dose not have a good safety and security system) vehicles. For e.g.-> #Alto_800 is the one of the car having worst safety system. My actually purpose to say this is to improve the "Rating System" of vehicles for e.g.-> In USA only those cars has the permission to run on the road which has a fully developed or we can say a advance technology car like-> #XUV, #Audi, #BMW and so on.... because these car has....

Digitalizing Traffic control not only reduces the human effort but also increases productivity from each policemen. The cameras fitted to the digital signaling system give a live view of the junction. just by a click of a button traffic could be controlled. This can happen 24 x 7. Companies can adopt the junctions for some period of time to bear the cost of maintenance
