Dear PM
Namasthe
Nobody in our country are used to follow the rules,so its mandatory tat vehicle in which they travel should give alarm if they are not following the rule and if the same thing repeated by the driver an sms should be forwarded to police, this is the best way to control speed, wearing helmets, and seatbelt, crossing the road before red signal falls, because police can't be watchman always ,and this will be easy for them and for public,so automatically all will have to follow the rule

Digitalizing Traffic control not only reduces the human effort but also increases productivity from each policemen. The cameras fitted to the digital signaling system give a live view of the junction. just by a click of a button traffic could be controlled. This can happen 24 x 7. Companies can adopt the junctions for some period of time to bear the cost of maintenance

Digitally controlled traffic control system is an ideal solution to control the traffic effectively. There should be a digital traffic control in every police station where in traffic police men can sit comfortably and control the traffic just by click from their monitor. One policeman could easily control multiple traffic signals. Every junction should be fitted with digitally controlled signals remotely controlled from control room with less human effort more productivity

Hon'ble PM of India
Your Honors
It has been perceived several times to imposing fine on two-wheels whoever not wearing helmet, which is an old practice, however what about after fine till complete their journey? Since, fine can’t not giving assurance to safe riding, why we not allocated A GOOD QUALITY HELMET ON THE SPOT AT THE SAME COST OF HELMET instead imposing fine?
This is an innovative idea I would like to share in this portal.
Thanking you,
Charan Singh

It is also been known that people don't understand the standard road signals so instead of putting boards have banners on the top of full road which have the sign as well in written language to tell what rule is being implied by the board. One ways should also be depicted by a green light on the side of entry and a red light on the side of no entry. Roads which are narrow should be converted into one way so as to provide enough space for pedestrians, cyclist and vehicles.one ways should be small.

Major disorder on the city roads are due to two and three wheeler traffic. This is due to there large numbers. The cars and buses are forced to not follow lanes due to these traffic as these vehicles do not follow lane system and try to get in between the smallest clear path to move ahead. There should be a dedicated lane only for cars and buses which should be isolated by a divider on the road. There can be a common lane for other traffic, based on space it can to right most.

In India we have build to many boundary walls which isolate clusters and forces people to walk on the main roads. We should do away with boundary wall and each housing complex should be divided by a walk way. This will create enough connectivity for people to walk and reach places in the short distance and will prevent them on walking on the roads. Only thing to be ensured is that these walk ways should be such that no one can drive a vehicle on them but can be used for bicycles.

Create more one way streets as the roads in India are narrow. As two and three wheeler combine out number the four wheeler they should be prioritised in the lane. Make a dedicated lane for only two and three wheeler traffic divided by a divider on the road. have a single lane for cars and buses where roads are narrow. Ensure that the divided traffic stick to there lanes. If required the traffic signal system needs to incorporate for different category of traffic.
