Honorable P.M.'Duty' of a Citizen in democracy is must with 'Right'. In the forthcoming Mann ki baat kindly tell 125 crore Indians about their 'duties' towards safety, security of government properties, respect of rules regulations. Right without duty is also danger to democracy.

Respiratory infections are the leading cause of illness and death in children. Research from Kyoto University School of Public Health concluded that simple water gargling is effective in preventing respiratory infections. According to the Mayo Clinic, for best results, dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in a full glass of warm water and gargle the solution for a few seconds before spitting it out. Gargling twice a day by children in schools can be used as a cost effective preventive strategy.

Respected Sir, In the years ahead, we will focus more on getting DRINKING WATER. With INDIA having a long COASTLINE, Kindly initiate a project to set MANY SEA WATER to DRINKING WATER conversion projects, firstly in the 3 metros (on the coastline) and then expand it to every 50-100kms so that our dependency on the river water is a bit reduced and can be used mainly for IRRIGATION than to feed the citizens. THIS PROJECT WILL ENSURE ALL THE FUTURE GENERATIONS TO HAVE POTABLE DRINKING WATER EVER.
