Dear sir, my self Vinay kumar .I have done B.Tec in mechanical .i want to should not issued 7th salary .Because all gov employ doing less work as compare private job .if issued 7Th salary then increase all material price and trouble all poor people.Ex.a primary teacher salary approximate 35 thousands according to 7th salary and private teacher have more qualification and fond 5 to 15 thousands.so my experience decided salary all gov employ depend your real work.
