In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Dear Prime Minister, We common person of country do not want to exposed of any person, who have black money but just want that black money must be bring back in India and should be used in development of country's project like bullet train, highway , smart cities, Clean Ganga plan. So that we ppl need not go for other countries for bagging money in the form of FDI. If Indian Govt. is honest, it should show that how much black money it bring back in India.

My thought is, India should have some huge source like Microsoft, Linux,etc., We have lot of source and lot of people strong with technical knowledge. So we should have a source for us instead of depending on others.

हम आप से मोबाइल फ़ोन में इंटरनेट स्पीड के बारे में कुछ बताना चाहता हूँ . हमारे देश में इंटरनेट के स्पीड बहुत ही स्लो है, और मोबाइल ऑपरेटर दुनिया के सभी देशो की तुलना में बहुत ही ज्यादा पैसा वसूल रहे है, जैसे 1GB 3G का सभी कंपनी लगभग 250 Rs चार्ज कर रहे है, और किसी भी साइट पे जाते ही 5 से 7 MB तक चार्ज कर लेते है | आपसे अनुरोध है की इन लोगो की मनमानी को रोकने का आदेश दे, ताकि भारत देश सभी 100 करोड़ लोगो तक इंटरनेट की सुबिधा सस्ते और सरल तरीके से पहुंच सके.

Dear Sir, to enforce Digital India concept, why can't we start to use computerized system wherever applicable. It is good to start where it can easily get transform from manual process to digital. For example- Toll plaza network spread over country!

My Portal - Lets conceptualize a Portal where one can see all his Bank Account Details, Mobile , LPG, etc Connections. This can be linked to the Adhaar card. Benefits : 0) Person with such an account number can just use this(without any other doc) to open new account. 1) This will allow every India to manage/view things at one place. Avoid the illegal usage by some one else. 2) This will make governance easy and will help in analyzing trends. 3) Much more can be build upon it.

Honourable sir, first i am very glad to hv PM of our country like u who exactly know the implementation of policy in democratic way that u give equal opportunity to express our ideas... So, its my humble request to u sir that pls use termnology like Hindustan or Bharat instead of India
