In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

The Optical Fibre Cable laid along the National Highways and State Highways which are part of long distance back born OFC network of BSNL and TSPs is being destroyed during the road expansion work. This cable can be protected during this work without any extra cost , with mere attention. But the state PWD , NH authorities and road construction contractors are not at all bothered about OFC. Therefore I would like to request you to issue necessary instruction to State Govts and NH

Dear Prime Minister, Telecom Companies are deducting Balance for no reasons In Prepaid Account and Charging Extra Charges in Post Paid Bills. It take long Time to get refund of That balances and if user does not see it In 3 days hey are not refunding Balances. SO kindly Look Into this matter that customer are not harassed and make a independent authority where we can make complaint in this matter

API policy & implementation is good idea in all department. Need to develop APPS of all department & push to all relevant user. This will help to reduce transport & time of India. Few general guideline I can suggest but vast subject need to work with respective sectors. -User interaction page should very easy -Need to ask user to provide info in short -Problem status code should shown in each APPS . -PRO should explain & sort out issue as per apps query with respective domain .

Dear Sir, I am working with generating renewable energy and my company have developed solar parks in Rajasthan. We have developed the plants under REC Mechanism but as per the new draft amendment of REC Policy which is still have many loopholes to be cleared before floating this policy as it will make the current projects financially unviable and make these projects non performing assets. We are putting efforts to improve the situation but need your support to make it feasible.

Respected Sir, I want say about the education system in India, If we campair a govt. College and a private college we find that in govt. College teacher is more educated experienced and they got their place after several test then why the common people do not like to admit their son in govt. College. In my opinion only one board needed in India as like CBSE, one education system, one book in all state Language may be bray.

Educated People who are sitting unemployed can be exploited as agents of DIGITAL INDIA by training them and in spreading awareness, promoting education etc. at village levels. This will serve dual purpose, one it will fulfill the aspirations of digital India, and secondly will tackle wide scale unemployment.

Implementation of Digital India at village or taluka level. - Hire local educated people, and organize them in groups. - Train them on how to cure mild diseases like diarrhea, mild fever etc. prevalent in rural areas making effective utilization of technology. - Similarly make some of these groups well aware of the benefits of educating girl child, sanitation, cleaning hands before eating etc. equipping them with technical presentations, demos etc. - Employ these groups at villages to act.
