In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Subject-The rule appendix 8 of UGCs draft regulation in technical education denies M.Sc/MCA+M.Tech candidate's eligibility for teaching because B.Tech +M.Tech require for all engineering cadre . This just compartmentalizes engineering education from science and degrades fundamental and interdisciplinary growth& research in engineering . Our prime minister's speech , which points "Adopt inter-disciplinary approach"at UGC's diamond jubilee celebration on 28.12.13

Dear Prime Minister, one of the easiest, simplest and cost effective ways of preventing Crime be it Social, Civil or Criminal is Monitoring. As Opportunity leads to Crime. Eradicate opportunity and you eradicate 99% of the problem. MAKING CCTV CAMERA INSTALLATION MANDATORY IN EVERY CITY AT EVERY PUBLIC PLACE TO BEGIN WITH, SUCH AS ROADS, JUNCTIONS, GOVT OFFICES, POLICE STATIONS, POLICE LOCKUPS, GOVT INSTALLATIONS, PUBLIC LANDS, SHORELINES, ETC.

Respect for u Narendra kaka This is the dumbest suggestion ever India is in need for foreign currency if my readings are correct well we can make the foreigners come to india and spend money on both our tourism and our culture this is the dumb part The tomorrowland is a biggest electrical Music festival and it has generated 25% profit turnover increase that is 2.4 million Euros i'd like to state out that if india hosts such an event Which will help both tourism and currency income
