In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

In designing Open APIs these suggestions may be helpful.1.Validating authenticity of users 2.Encryption of messages transferred across departments 3. Should have simple as well as attractive user interface 4.Navigation among pages and several e-governanace applications must be easy. 5.Mechanism for data recovery via email or providing log in credentials can be implemented. 6. It should act as a single portal for several e-goverance applications7.Should have strong servers to deal withhugetraffic

मान्यवर हम एक संघटन चलाते हैं, जो अपने चुनाव से पहले शुरू किया था,जिसमें आज उत्तराखंड उत्तरप्रदेश से 17000 लोग हैं, जिसका कार्य आपके द्वारा नित्य्दीन किये जाने वाले कार्यो को जनता में पहचाना हैं, इसमें हम बोद्धिक और सोशल मीडिया पर कार्य करते हैं, हमारी आयु 25 वर्ष हैं, हम 2001 से संघ स्वयं सेवक हैं, दूषित राजनीती को खत्म करने के लिए अव खुद कदम बड़ाने के लिए प्रयासरत हु लेकिन कहा किस्से अपनी बात रखे समझ नही आ रहा हु क्योकि जिससे मिलो वो चाहते हैं क़ि हम उनकी चाटुकारिता करे,और उनके पास बैठे लेकिन हम हिंदुस्तान में कही भी देशसेवा में जुटना चाहते ह। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करने की कृपा करे, महोदय आप से करवध निवेदन हैं क़ि एक बार आपका आशीर्वाद लेने के लिए लालाहित हु बस 1 मिनट का समय प्रदान करने क़ी कृपा

Try to develop all e-Governance applications & systems "paperless" means avoid use of photocopies and xerox , because every where we need to submit bunch of photocopies of documents. So there is need to develop online repository for all the government documents for e-Governance .

- On Income-tax Website Where a Person After Logging Can Update His Foreign Account Detail , After Updation You Just Verify His All Detail's And Transaction's , Here Also Give A Warning On National TV & News Paper's This Is The Last Chance Of Declaration Of His Foreign Account If They Not Declare And Govt Found Any Foreign Account Full Account Balance Of His Account Is taken by Government , And He Have To Charged Under Criminal Offense Directly , Thank You Sir For Giving Me An opportunity like

Opening APIs is unevitable. But one must follow below mentioned policy: 1. An authentication and authorization of the user is must. 2. Message security is needed. 3. Threat protection to be defined. 4. Licensing mechanism if critical information is to be transferred. 5. There has to be governance around performance of APIs. I hope this will help designing policy for API usage.

मान्यवर बताते हुए दुःख होता हैं जहा आज आप दुनिया भर में जाकर इतनी कड़ी मेहनत कर रहे है, वही आज उत्तराखंड की दशा बिलकुल विपरीत हैं यहा चाटुकारिता की राजनीती हावी हैं, खनन में पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता विधायक ऐसे व्यस्त हैं जैसे देशसेवा कर रहे हो। साथ ही साथ दूसरी पार्टियों के साथ पार्टनरशिप में कार्य चल रहे ह, जनता सब देख रही हैं,लेकिन चुप हैं तो आपकी मेहनत देखकर, महोदय अनुशासन को बढावा दे हर राज्य में अपने जैसे मेहनती और पार्टी व् देश के लिए समर्पित कार्यकर्ता को उपर आने का मोका दे जिसके पास कोई राजनितिक पकड़ तो नही लेकिन घर परिवार छोडकर पार्टी के माध्यम से देशसेवा करने का जोश और जूनून हैं। हम पिछले 2000 से संघ से जुड़े हैं आयु 24 वर्ष हैं, आखिर हम किसके सामने अपनी बात रखे क्योकि हमे चाटुकारिता नही करनी
