In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Using of Geographical Information System (GIS). The Government can Digitize Government, from simple optimum location of dust bins , crime based location mapping, disease mapping, watershed mapping, tax payers mapping, soil erosion mapping, desertification mapping, pollution mapping and the list can go on. Please utilize the satellite data generation of our ISRO to make wonders in our country.

To get children and people educated from poor to rich in same equality, a proper feedback system and a mechanism which can solve everything in quick time. the result to be displayed at all level. Every data from bank account to every single benefit to be linked through a central server.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your work and thought for India. One thing I want to inform you via this portal is our Indian railway. Super fast trains are running late by 3-4 hours with no reason. People are traveling in super fast trains by paying high amount and still they could not reach office on time. Train no. 12417, PRAYAGRAJ EXP (Allahabad-New Delhi). This train is so called VIP train of this route, but this train itself running late. Millions of request , need your direct involvement.

the legal system of our country is not up to date and still has drawbacks which existed in the british era. with the use of information technology the legal system should be strengthened so as to take the confidence of the public. the legal system is not as fast as the changing lives of the people. when we get our mobile phone problems resolved within days our legal system is too slow that many people ignore that there exist a system and go to parallel systems like kaphs for faster redressal.

For making Digital India,a proper education system in schools is needed.They need a lot of attention.There is lake of basic facilities like classroms,water,saparate loos for girls and yes, good teachers also. If there is no classroom and no teacher for basic subjects then how can we imagine digital india.It will need good facilities like computer labs, well qualified computer teachers, availability of electricity etc.in addition.These all must be implemented at the ground level with transperancy

last year(2013) most of engineering students of Maharashtra whose category O.B.C. rejected from freeship scheme( 50% concession in fees) due to missunderstanding of social justice departments. Govt. of Maharashtra published G.R. No: (201407081643102422). according to this GR all rejected students are eligible for previous year(2013) and current year also for freeship scheme but none of rejected students got last year's fees refunded. we already paid full fees for last year. what about this year?

When we talk of Digital India, electronic money is major area to focus on. From railway counter ticket booking, Electricity bill payment, in police station, Traffic police challans/fines, in Post office, RTO fees and many such things which is within Govt. reach to implement in no time, must be executed. Such things will help reducing corruption, black money within country and will bring in transparency.

the education system run by government is very poor the hiring of teachers in school is not so appropriate this cause effects on basic education system in our village therefore illiterecy increase rapidly and this may also effects unemployment i here by inform you a very basic need of humans i hope so there will be take necessary action very soon.
