In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

hon'ble pm sir, jab v ham sikhsha ka sttar ko bdhane faillanee ki batt karte hai to city me to log educ. par yahi sunne me atta hai ki villege me to jyada tar ("bacche ka man padnee me nai hai") mai ye apne villege ki batt bta rha hu aisa iss liye hai kyoki parivar ki economic level sai nai hai or fee ke paise nai hai or jo v scholarship ke paise hai vo mil nai patta or agr bccha school v ja rha hai to school mee teacher pta hi nai mid day meal ka atta-rice sell ho jata hai.iss par dhyan de app.

the govt. should ban these toy guns it create criminal tendencies in a child's mind, specially on festivals like diwali and govt. should impose 1/4th taxes on shopkeepers who are dealing in fireworks and the amt of taxes should be depositesd in prime minister's relief fund, this will make shopkeepers to increase the prices of fireworks and if the prices will rises,automatically demand declines and there will be less pollution

Hmare digital india me ek aisa plan aisi website ho jisme har ek nagrik ko uske area me hone wale ya ho rhe vikaas karyo ki suchna online prapat ho....kisi ko bhi ynha wnha dftro me bhatkna na pde...

Sir, "coal is ignited & it wont stop now" (you already started doing good for our nation), what i can suggest for digital India is please make free wi-fi zone at all bus-stand(Urban), railway station, all govt offices,hospitals. it'll be the 1st step to make digital India. -Sushil

Implementing Digital India will also need resources for recycling the E-waste because electronic products like Laptops,tablets,mobile phones etc. create a huge amount of e-waste. There must be policies to recycle it and govt. should motivate recycling program. Along with it, there should be availability of high speed internet facility in each village because without it services like net-banking, online ticket booking etc. will be of no use. Average speed of internet in india is very less.

This one is for Indian Railway..It happens regularly that some of the passengers miss the train and the seat goes vacant(?). This can be utilized in official manner.If the automatic updating system or gadget is provided government can easily avail the same seat for next passenger and also can stop the (corrupted) money going in to the pockets of T.C.(usually in rural areas)

India needs a digital India revolution to empower its citizens. Digital India is really a good step by our government. To achieve the goal of Digital India the first and foremost thing required is a proper infrastructure for broad band connectivity. Internet penetration is needed in urban as well as rural areas. With this Government also need to educate citizens about digital technology. Government can tie up with Companies like Google, Facebook and Microsoft to bring Digital revolution to India

In haryana & punjab highways are good. But when we went to pilani (Rajsthan) as we entered rajsthan, roads are very bad and after sadalpur the road is singal. In Pilani there is a world leval engg.college BITS PILANI. So please look after the road and increase the width of Pilani Road. जय हिन्द।

Digital India is the larger picture hence, secondary. Primary goal should be implementation of digital technology across all Govt. (Centre awa States) departments by virtue of which CORRUPTION will be eradicated (99%) as was proven already.
