We need to make structural changes in our current social system if we want to made true welfare for sportsperson If we would provide pension its big thing but it's better to make them a asset to society 1. A fund to be made with CSR contribution and appoint professional fund manager. 2. All profitable charitable trust and religious institutions also made to contribute this fund. 3 . Streamline institution of sports authority from school itself .

There are lot of international/national tournaments played in india. What ever the income generated through these tournaments, some part can be made reserved for this cause. Big club type tournaments like IPL, HIL, BADMINTON leage etc are involved with BIG sponsors.

I have seen many gold medalist working in fields for some little I think government should give them some money as a relief amount per month so that they can focus on their game.

2) cricket requires big play ground and long time 3)climate is important factor. in this context I propose game like table tennis should promote through out nation. our sports policy should link to the national health policy. At this stage retired sports persons can work as the sports/health promoters. Our sports policy should include 100% of citizens.

we adulate stars. if the stardom disappears we are forgetting them. The nation like India we don't need corporate sponsored stars. we need to correct our sports policy from the view point of ordinary person. In the corporate based sports we have less players than spectators. If we speak about sports ordinary person understand cricket. Main dis advantage of cricket in my point of view that 1)which practically ignores 50% of population -women.

This seems to be good idea to give pension to sports persons, but before it attemp should be make to give them proper infrastructure to develop their ability as in many cases due to lack of facilities they could not represent themselves at upper level competitions and thus their ability are been unknown, so this is to taken in consideration to make more meritorious sports persons and lift our nation name in world. On issues of giving pension to meritorious sports person should be implement soon.

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji will address the nation in the next series of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on 26th April. In a tweet he said, “Looking forward to 'Mann Ki Baat' on the 26th of this month.” But on mygov.nic.in there is no link available for this 7th episode of 'Mann Ki Baat'

THIS IS THE GOOD IDEA. THE GOVERNMENT CAN ALSO GIVE AN INCENTIVE TO THE SPORT PERSON WHO IS MAKING THE NEW YOUNG SPORT STAR. BECAUSE EVERY EXPERIENCED SPORTS PERSON WILL HAVE MORE ABILITY AND SKILL. WE SHOULD NOT WASTE IT.

Selection of Meritorious Sports persons to be decided first with eminent person/s from Sports. This Scheme should be in the field where India is participating in Commonwealth Games/Olympics.
